History
Since 2022, Ukraine has hosted a national pavilion at every UN Climate Conference. Select a year to see the highlights.

COP27 · Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt
Ukraine presented its first National Pavilion at COP27, bringing the environmental and global consequences of Russia’s full-scale invasion to the centre of the international climate agenda. The pavilion aimed to demonstrate the devastating impact of the war and mobilise international support for Ukraine’s recovery.

COP28 · Dubai, United Arab Emirates
At COP28, Ukraine focused international attention on the scale of environmental damage caused by Russia’s war, including the destruction of the Kakhovka Dam. The Pavilion linked these consequences to the Environmental Security point of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula and highlighted Ukraine’s climate priorities for recovery.

COP29 · Baku, Azerbaijan
At COP29, Ukraine presented itself as a country combining resilience with green development, innovation and climate action despite the ongoing full-scale war. The Pavilion became a platform for promoting Ukraine’s climate policy, green recovery, international partnerships and environmental accountability.

COP30 · Belém, Brazil
At COP30, Ukraine showed that climate action continues even in the conditions of a full-scale war. Through the “Time Capsule” Pavilion, Ukraine connected the consequences of Russia’s aggression with a forward-looking story of resilience, nature restoration, clean energy, food security and green recovery.
